13. Giugno, 2022APPARTAMENTO PER VACANZE PANORAMA SULLA SPIAGGIA DI SABBIA CON AMPIA TERRAZZA
Il nostro appartamento per vacanze Panorama con 80 m² di superficie abitabile per un massimo di 4 persone si trova direttamente sul mare, sulla spiaggia di sabbia. L’appartamento offre un’ampia terrazza con una fantastica vista sul mare, sul porticciolo e sulla spiaggia sabbiosa di Playa de San Juan. Panorama dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni e un ampio soggiorno-sala da pranzo con cucina integrata. La terrazza coperta offre sia ombra che sole, che potrete godervi sui lettini quasi tutto il giorno.
L’ampia spiaggia piatta e sabbiosa si trova vicino al porto di pesca ed è protetta dalle onde. La sabbia nera emana molto calore anche in inverno ed è popolare tra i turisti e gli abitanti del luogo durante tutto l’anno. Sono disponibili ombrelloni/sdraio a noleggio, docce/WC e parcheggio gratuito. Sul lungomare si trovano alcuni ottimi ristoranti e caffè, nonché una scuola di immersione a gestione tedesca. Playa de San Juan è un piccolo villaggio situato direttamente sul mare, dove si respira ancora l’atmosfera di un villaggio di pescatori e il turismo di massa non ha ancora preso piede. Ogni mercoledì c’è un mercato agricolo nella piazza. Sono in vendita prodotti locali della gente del posto, oltre ad alcuni capi di abbigliamento, gioielli, souvenir, ecc. Playa San Juan offre perfetti servizi locali – supermercato, pescheria, panetteria, farmacia – tutti raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi.
L’appartamento per vacanze è tenuto con cura, si trova al terzo piano (senza ascensore) e offre:
- Ampia terrazza parzialmente coperta con tavolo da pranzo e lettini prendisole
- Soggiorno-sala da pranzo con uscita sulla terrazza e vista sul mare, tavolo da pranzo con quattro sedie, ampio e comodo divano, TV con molti canali internazionali
- Cucina con piano cottura in vetroceramica, tostapane, bollitore, macchina per il caffè e macchina per il caffè espresso, forno, frigorifero-congelatore, lavatrice, stoviglie, pentole, utensili da cucina, selezione di bicchieri, ecc….
- 2 camere da letto: camera 1 con letto matrimoniale (200×160), buon materasso, armadio a muro, uscita sulla terrazza, vista mare, bagno privato.
- Camera da letto 2 con grande letto matrimoniale (200×180), buon materasso, armadio a muro, finestra
- Bagno privato nella camera da letto 1 con doccia, WC, lavabo, bidet, specchio per il trucco, asciugacapelli, finestra vista mare
- Bagno con accesso separato dal corridoio con doccia, WC, bidet, lavabo, specchio per il trucco, asciugacapelli, finestra vista mare
- Asse da stiro/ferro da stiro
- SAT-TV con molti canali tedeschi e internazionali
- Internet ad alta velocità gratuito
- La biancheria da letto/asciugamani per la mano/doccia/spiaggia sono forniti gratuitamente
- Anche la culla/il seggiolone sono inclusi nel prezzo di affitto
Un ascensore elettrico a manovella può essere utilizzato per trasportare bottiglie d’acqua e valigie di grandi dimensioni al 3° piano.
Il parcheggio in strada e durante il giorno in un garage è gratis.

Oltre all’appartamento è possibile affittare un’incantevole casetta sul tetto della casa.
La nostra casita è un piccolo cottage di charme sul tetto della casa con una dimensione di 10m2, per una o due persone. La vista da tutti i lati del tetto è mozzafiato, il mare risplende nei colori più belli e il sole vi vizia per tutto il giorno. La casita è stata costruita con il legno di un veliero, gli interni sono stati realizzati a mano e decorati con graziosi intagli. Dal letto del cottage si gode di una splendida vista sul mare, la sera si possono osservare le barche illuminate e il cielo stellato.
I servizi igienici, il lavabo e la lavatrice si trovano in un’altra mini-capanna, mentre la doccia e la cucina sono “all’aperto”. Due lettini con ombrellone invitano a soffermarsi.
La casita è mantenuta con cura, è accessibile attraverso quattro piani (senza ascensore) ed è composta da:
- Piccolo letto matrimoniale (153×185) con buon materasso e splendida vista sul mare
- Tavolo con due poltrone
- Piccole scatole, scaffali
- TV satellitare con molti programmi tedeschi e internazionali
- Internet ad alta velocità gratuito
Altri servizi sul tetto:
- Cucina “open-air” con combinazione frigorifero/congelatore, forno piccolo, 2 piastre elettriche, bollitore, tostapane, macchina per caffè filtro e macchina per caffè espresso, pentole, stoviglie e bicchieri
- Incantevole doccia esterna con piastrelle decorate, al riparo dalla vista
- Servizi igienici, lavabo e lavatrice si trovano in un altro mini cottage
Un ascensore elettrico a manovella può essere utilizzato per trasportare valigie e bottiglie d’acqua di grandi dimensioni al 4° piano.

- Politica di cancellazione: fino a 1 mese prima dell’arrivo 25% dell’intero prezzo di affitto, successivamente 75%
- Deposito cauzionale: 200 € PANORAMA, 200 € Casita, consegnato all’arrivo in contanti, rimborsato alla partenza se l’appartamento7 non presenta danni.
- Soggiorno minimo: da ottobre ad aprile 7 notti, altrimenti 4 notti. Per le prenotazioni di 4-7 notti, la tariffa giornaliera aumenta del 10%. Per i singoli giorni liberi nel calendario delle prenotazioni, si prega di chiedere informazioni.

Good water pressure for showers
Stunning balcony – with a view of the harbour – which is why we booked it.
Good mattress on bed – for both of us.
Well kitted out kitchen with crockery and cookware
All electrical items worked properly
Two different ways to make coffee
Comfortable sofas
Beach towels available
Sun loungers available
Very friendly, communicative host
Good local guide in German and English.
Some very nice little touches to the apartment that we were impressed with (fruit, hand soap, toilet roll)
Only sad part to the apartment was that we had to leave it to come back to the UK. This felt like home for us and easily is the best apartment we have stayed at in Tenerife and we have been coming here twice a year for 5 years!

23. Settembre, 2024 at 06:45Le logement est très bien pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Il y a tout sur place, idéalement situé, vue superbe, bruit des vagues la nuit, le rêve !
un peu de bruit le matin avec les travaux et les escaliers avec un enfant ce n’est pas simple mais on ne peut pas tout avoir.
Si on revient à Ténérife ce sera dans ce logement c’est sur. Hôte très réactive et agréable. Nous recommandons vraiment 🙂

26. Agosto, 2024 at 09:49This lovely apartment is in a quiet village, but parking can be tricky. First of all, the apartment is great, with a large and very private terrace. The beach is just around the corner. Plays San Juan is small, with a few good restaurants and a rocky beach. It was ideal for us because this is what we wanted while being a short driving distance from busier places, attractions like Siam Park, and the main airport. If you are looking for a busier place with a lot of nightlife, then avoid this area and stay in the larger resort towns in the South. There’s a small supermarket (Dialprix) 50 metres from the apartment. I recommend Fresko for a pizza or simple Italian food, Agua y Sal for a fish dinner, Sesto Senso for a fancier dinner, and Belli Freski for ice cream. The only downside is that parking can be difficult. You can park in the streets nearby, and there’s a free covered parking space that is open until 2 am. A few times, we had to drive around quite a bit to find a parking space.

Febbraio, 2024 at 10:37Wir schließen uns nachdrücklich allen positiven Bewertungen an und würden gern noch mehr Sterne vergeben als die Skala erlaubt, denn die Wohnung von Claudia erfüllt alle Erwartungen an den idealen Urlaubsort. Die Wohnung selbst passt für einen Urlaub in Familie mit zwei Doppelzimmern und zwei Bädern perfekt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse schlicht atemberaubend. Den Ort Playa de San Juan kannten wir vorher schon, aber die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand, zu Spielplätzen und zur ansässigen Gastronomie macht ihn nur noch reizvoller. Claudia ist stets erreichbar und eine großartige Gastgeberin, die uns sehr unterstützt hat. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

22. Gennaio, 2024 at 13:37My husband and I have just spent a perfect two weeks staying at the holiday apt Panorama in Playa San Juan. We have been to Tenerife and La Gomera several times in the past but now we feel we have found exactly what we want – an apartment that is extremely comfortable, a balcony with a view, a beach close by, and some lovely walks. Added to which are several excellent restaurants in the area and easy trips to explore nearby towns and villages. Our daughter joined us for a week and we all agreed that we should book immediately for 2025. We are looking forward to the return visit. Thank you Claudia for your kindness and efficiency.

13. Dicembre, 2023 at 09:19Liebe Frau Bachmayer,
wir haben 3 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Apartment Panorama verbracht. Wir sind begeistert von der exzellenten Ausstattung, der tollen Lage, der grandiosen Aussicht und dem guten Wetter. Das Baden im Meer bei angenehmen Wassertemperaturen war immer möglich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den geplanten nächsten Aufenthalt im März. Diesmal wurde der Aufenthalt durch gesundheitliche Probleme überschattet. Sie baten uns, auch über dabei gemachte Erfahrungen zu berichten, was wir gern machen.
So mussten wir zweimal mit 112 in die Notaufnahme von Hospiten Sur (in Playa Las Americas) gefahren werden. Nach der ersten ambulanten Untersuchung dort kehrten wir nach Playa SJ zurück. Leider trat das gleiche Krankheitsbild nach einigen Tagen nochmals auf, sodass der zweite Transport notwendig wurde. Daran schloss sich dann ein 3-tägiger Klinikaufenthalt an, mit komplettem „Durchcheck“, unserem Eindruck nach sehr kompetent und genau.
Abgesehen von der damit verbundenen Panik und Aufregung sind wir aber mit der Betreuung in der Klinik sehr zufrieden gewesen. In Deutschland hätte es kaum besser sein können. Jedenfalls waren die Pflegekräfte außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es waren sehr viel mehr als bei uns üblich. Außerdem waren die Arztgespräche immer mit Dolmetscher, oder auf englisch, wenn uns das recht war. Auch der Kontakt über die Notrufnummer 112 kam auf die Bitte („aleman“ ins Telefon) relativ schnell auf deutsch zustande.
Als Besonderheit will ich noch erwähnen, dass die Klinik meinem Mann das zweite Bett in meinem Doppelzimmer als Gast angeboten hat. Das haben wir gern angenommen (zu einem Preis von ca. 130€ pro Nacht inkl. Verpflegung).
Außerdem war es auch beruhigend, dass Herr Kellner, der österreichische Arzt, telefonisch gut erreichbar war.
Nach der Entlassung hatten wir dann noch 10 Tage Erholung pur.

es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und Ihre Ferienwohnung ist einfach großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vermissen den Ausblick, das Wellenrauschen und das früh morgendliche Bad im Meer total. Und der Balkon ist das Beste: morgens frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer und die Berge, abends dort essen und abschließend Sterne gucken und den Gelbschnabelsturmtauchern lauschen. 😀 Auch das stetige Treppensteigen war für uns kein Problem, da wir eh immer wandern und dies als zusätzliches Fitnessprogramm angesehen haben. 🙂 Außerdem haben uns die wunderschönen Fotos im Treppenhaus immer abgelenkt. Auch die Baustelle nebenan war erträglich.
Playa San Juan ist immer noch ein toller Urlaubsort (wir waren vor 8 Jahren schon mal dort), nicht so touristisch und voll und die Menschen dort sind einfach super nett! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

5. Agosto, 2023 at 13:31L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien aménagé et une grande terrasse avec vue sur la plage. Les chambres sont très grandes avec chacune a sa salle-de-bain. La cuisine est belle et bien équipée. Claudia a été très à l’écoute et elle nous a prévenu à l’avance qu’il y aurait beaucoup de bruit à cause de la fiesta ( fêtes de Nuestra Señora del Carmen ) qui avait lieu pendant notre séjour. Elle nous a même proposé un autre logement. Il y a eu du bruit c’est vrai mais l’ambiance était super et on a vu un magnifique feu d’artifice. Une fois la fiesta finie, c’est très calme. Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking couvert ( gratuit ) à proximité, ensuite, tout peut être fait à pied, il y a plein de commerces tout autour ( une vraie boulangerie sur la place ! ).

3. Marzo, 2023 at 09:54Wir haben die Zeit im Panorama Apartment sehr genossen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Besonders toll ist der Blick in den Hafen und sogar vom Bett aus kann man die Aussicht durch eine große Fensterverglasung auf die pittoreske Landschaft genießen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist top und der amikale Empfang durch Claudia hat uns ein sehr heimeliges Gefühl vermittelt und uns sehr schnell “ankommen lassen”.
Auch die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand liegt fast vor der Haustüre, nette Restaurants und auch der Supermarkt sind schnell zu erreichen.
Zusammengefasst ….alles bestens für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Tolle Terrasse mit Blick über Meer und Küste, Frühstücken in der Morgensonne, Abendessen bei Kerzenschein. Sogar aus einem der Schlafzimmer Ausblick durch’s Panoramafenster.
Volle Austattung in der Wohnung, von Gummiringerl bis Geschirrspüler.
Playa San Juan bietet die volle Infrastruktur (nur 30 m von Quartier zum wohlsortierten Supermarkt), und sogar mindestens zwei exzellente Restaurants. Der Ort ist aber überraschend wenig vom Tourismus geprägt, trotz eines sehr schönen Strandes.
(K)ein Problem: das Haus daneben ist eine Baustelle; während unseres Aufenthalts wurde dort aber nur sporadisch und zu vernünftigen Zeiten gearbeitet, hat nicht gestört.

25. Gennaio, 2023 at 13:41The view of the sea and the sandy beach from the terrace is simply fantastic! You can hear the sea but no cars or pedestrians. The flat is well equipped and has good beds and mattresses. There were also very good, fluffy towels, you can tell that everything was newly bought/renovated. Good infrastructure, there is a free underground car park 50 metres away. The beach is beautiful and protected from waves by a breakwater, bathing is always possible. There is a good walking path along the sea to the neighbouring village of Alcalá and on to Los Gigantes. The village of San Juan is small and not overcrowded – we will gladly come back!

Dicembre, 2022 at 11:19In der hübschen Ferienwohnung Panorama ist für Sonnenlustige alles am richtigen Fleck – eine Wohnung von Anfang bis Ende für einen perfekten Urlaub; ganz besonders die coole Terasse mit Fernblick. Auch der Ort Playa San Juan mit seiner ausladenden Badebucht und der guten Infrastruktur trägt zum Wohlfühlen bei – besser geht’s kaum; total ‚panoramique‘, wie der Name auch sagt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, keine Frage!
