13. junio, 2022VIVIENDA VACACIONAL PANORAMA EN LA PLAYA CON UNA GRAN TERRAZA
Nuestro piso de vacaciones Panorama, con 80 m2 de superficie habitable para un máximo de 4 personas, está situado directamente junto al mar, en la playa. La vivienda vacacional ofrece una amplia terraza con una fantástica vista del mar, el pequeño puerto y la playa de arena de Playa de San Juan. Panorama tiene dos dormitorios, dos baños y un amplio salón-comedor con cocina integrada. La terraza cubierta ofrece tanto sombra como sol, que se puede disfrutar casi todo el día en las tumbonas.
La amplia playa de arena plana está junto al puerto pesquero y está protegida del oleaje. La arena negra desprende mucho calor incluso en invierno y es popular entre los turistas y los lugareños durante todo el año. Se alquilan sombrillas y tumbonas, así como duchas y aseos y aparcamiento gratuito. En el paseo maritimo encontrará algunos restaurantes y cafés muy buenos, así como una escuela de buceo. La Playa de San Juan es un pequeño pueblo situado directamente en el mar, donde todavía se respira el ambiente de un pueblo de pescadores y el turismo de masas aún no se ha impuesto. Todos los miércoles hay un mercado de agricultores en la plaza. Se ofrecen productos locales de los lugareños, así como ropa, joyas, recuerdos, etc. Playa San Juan ofrece unos servicios locales perfectos: supermercado, pescadería, panadería, farmacia… todo ello a pocos minutos a pie.
La vivienda vacacional está muy bien cuidado, se encuentra en la tercera planta (sin ascensor) y ofrece:
- Amplia terraza parcialmente cubierta con mesa de comedor y tumbonas
- Salón-comedor con salida a la terraza y vista al mar, mesa de comedor con cuatro sillas, amplio y cómodo sofá, TV con muchos canales internacionales
- Cocina con vitrocerámica, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera de filtro así como cafetera exprés, horno, nevera-congelador, lavadora, vajilla, ollas, sartenes, utensilios de cocina, selección de vasos…
- 2 dormitorios: dormitorio 1 con cama doble (200×160), buen colchón, armario empotrado, salida a la terraza, vista al mar, baño en suite
- Dormitorio 2 con cama doble grande (180×200), buen colchón, armario empotrado, ventana
- Baño en suite en el dormitorio 1 con ducha, WC, lavabo, bidé, espejo de maquillaje, secador de pelo, ventana al mar
- Baño con acceso independiente desde el pasillo con ducha, WC, bidé, lavabo, espejo de maquillaje, secador de pelo, ventana al mar
- Tabla de planchar/plancha
- SAT-TV con muchos programas internacionales
- Internet de alta velocidad gratuito
- La ropa de cama, la ducha y las toallas de playa son gratuitas
- La cuna/silla alta también está incluida en el precio del alquiler
Para transportar las botellas de agua grandes y las maletas a la 3ª planta se puede utilizar un ascensor eléctrico de manivela.
Aparcamiento en la calle y en un garaje durante el día gratuito.

Además de la vivienda vacacional, se puede alquilar tambien una encatadora casita en el techo de la casa
Nuestra casita es una pequeña y encantadora cabaña en el tejado de la casa con un tamaño de 10m², para una o dos personas. La vista desde todos los lados de la azotea es impresionante, el mar brilla con los colores más maravillosos y el sol te mima todo el día. La casita fue construida con la madera de un barco de vela, el interior fue hecho a mano y decorado con tallas amorosas. Desde la cama de la casa de campo tienes una maravillosa vista al mar, por la noche puedes ver los barcos iluminados y el cielo estrellado.
El aseo, el lavabo y la lavadora se encuentran en otra pequeña cabaña, la ducha y la cocina están «al aire libre». Dos tumbonas con sombrillas invitan a quedarse.
La casita está muy cuidada, es accesible en cuatro plantas (sin ascensor) y consta de:
- Pequeña cama doble (152×185) con buen colchón y gran vista al mar
- Mesa con dos sillones
- Cajas pequeñas, estantes
- TV SAT con muchos canales alemanes e internacionales
- Internet de alta velocidad gratuito
Otras instalaciones en la azotea:
- Cocina «al aire libre» con frigorífico/congelador, placa de 2 fuegos, horno pequeno, hervidor, tostadora, cafetera de filtro así como cafetera exprés, ollas, sartenes, vajilla, cristalería combinada
- Encantadora ducha exterior con azulejos ornamentados, oculta a la vista
- El aseo, el lavabo y la lavadora se encuentran en otra mini cabaña
Se puede utilizar un ascensor eléctrico de manivela para transportar maletas y botellas de agua grandes a la 4ª planta.

- Domicilio para no fumadores
- Condiciones de pago: Depósito del 50% en el momento de la reserva, el resto del alquiler hasta 2 semanas antes de la llegada, de lo contrario se perderá el depósito
- Condiciones de anulación: Hasta 1 mes antes de la llegada el 25% del precio total del alquiler, después el 75%
- Fianza: 200 euros PANORAMA, 200 euros CASITA, entregados a la llegada, reembolsados a la salida si la vivienda vacacional no presenta daños
- Periodo mínimo de alquiler: De octubre a abril 7 noches, de lo contrario 4 noches. Para reservas de 4 a 7 noches, la tarifa diaria aumenta un 10%. Consulte los días libres individuales en el calendario de reservas.
- Periodo máximo de alquiler: 5 semanas (en temporada alta – invierno)
- Limpieza final obligatoria: PANORAMA EUR 110,- para 3 personas, € 20,- para persona adicional, CASITA EUR 70,-

22. abril, 2025 at 16:35Our family of four (with two children aged 4 and 1) had a wonderful time at Claudia’s apartment. It had everything we needed (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and microwave). Apart from that, the apartment was clean, cosy and we felt at home there. We especially liked the terrace with a stunning view of the ocean, where we sat down for family meals. The apartment is also conveniently located: 3 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to the grocery store, 3 minutes to an Italian bakery and many restaurants in the area. We rented a car and always managed to find a parking space. Claudia was a very friendly and caring host. She responded immediately to our massages. She also immediately fixed a problem we caused in the apartment, even though it was a holiday day and no one works.

25. marzo, 2025 at 13:28Panorama apartment was a delight to visit, bright and airy with a lovely large outside terrace. The beach is just a few metres away and is safe for swimming.
Some lovely walks are to be found in the surrounding area and cafés and restaurants are easy to find.
Claudia was the perfect hostess and was able to source an early morning taxi for us to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
This was the second apartment of Sonnenlust we have stayed. We are already considering a different one in Alcala next year. 😁

15. marzo, 2025 at 16:22Die Wohnung «Panorama» ist sehr schön möbliert, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist gepflegt, gemütlich und blitzsauber. Der große Balkon bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über Berge, Strand, Hafen und Meer.
Claudia ist eine perfekte und engagierte Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Winter!

Good water pressure for showers
Stunning balcony – with a view of the harbour – which is why we booked it.
Good mattress on bed – for both of us.
Well kitted out kitchen with crockery and cookware

Beach towels available
Sun loungers available
Very friendly, communicative host
Good local guide in German and English.
Some very nice little touches to the apartment that we were impressed with (fruit, hand soap, toilet roll)
Only sad part to the apartment was that we had to leave it to come back to the UK. This felt like home for us and easily is the best apartment we have stayed at in Tenerife and we have been coming here twice a year for 5 years!

23. septiembre, 2024 at 06:45Le logement est très bien pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Il y a tout sur place, idéalement situé, vue superbe, bruit des vagues la nuit, le rêve !
un peu de bruit le matin avec les travaux et les escaliers avec un enfant ce n’est pas simple mais on ne peut pas tout avoir.
Si on revient à Ténérife ce sera dans ce logement c’est sur. Hôte très réactive et agréable. Nous recommandons vraiment 🙂

26. agosto, 2024 at 09:49This lovely apartment is in a quiet village, but parking can be tricky. First of all, the apartment is great, with a large and very private terrace. The beach is just around the corner. Plays San Juan is small, with a few good restaurants and a rocky beach. It was ideal for us because this is what we wanted while being a short driving distance from busier places, attractions like Siam Park, and the main airport. If you are looking for a busier place with a lot of nightlife, then avoid this area and stay in the larger resort towns in the South. There’s a small supermarket (Dialprix) 50 metres from the apartment. I recommend Fresko for a pizza or simple Italian food, Agua y Sal for a fish dinner, Sesto Senso for a fancier dinner, and Belli Freski for ice cream. The only downside is that parking can be difficult. You can park in the streets nearby, and there’s a free covered parking space that is open until 2 am. A few times, we had to drive around quite a bit to find a parking space.

13. febrero, 2024 at 10:37Wir schließen uns nachdrücklich allen positiven Bewertungen an und würden gern noch mehr Sterne vergeben als die Skala erlaubt, denn die Wohnung von Claudia erfüllt alle Erwartungen an den idealen Urlaubsort. Die Wohnung selbst passt für einen Urlaub in Familie mit zwei Doppelzimmern und zwei Bädern perfekt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse schlicht atemberaubend. Den Ort Playa de San Juan kannten wir vorher schon, aber die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand, zu Spielplätzen und zur ansässigen Gastronomie macht ihn nur noch reizvoller. Claudia ist stets erreichbar und eine großartige Gastgeberin, die uns sehr unterstützt hat. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

22. enero, 2024 at 13:37My husband and I have just spent a perfect two weeks staying at the holiday apt Panorama in Playa San Juan. We have been to Tenerife and La Gomera several times in the past but now we feel we have found exactly what we want – an apartment that is extremely comfortable, a balcony with a view, a beach close by, and some lovely walks. Added to which are several excellent restaurants in the area and easy trips to explore nearby towns and villages. Our daughter joined us for a week and we all agreed that we should book immediately for 2025. We are looking forward to the return visit. Thank you Claudia for your kindness and efficiency.

wir haben 3 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Apartment Panorama verbracht. Wir sind begeistert von der exzellenten Ausstattung, der tollen Lage, der grandiosen Aussicht und dem guten Wetter. Das Baden im Meer bei angenehmen Wassertemperaturen war immer möglich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den geplanten nächsten Aufenthalt im März. Diesmal wurde der Aufenthalt durch gesundheitliche Probleme überschattet. Sie baten uns, auch über dabei gemachte Erfahrungen zu berichten, was wir gern machen.
So mussten wir zweimal mit 112 in die Notaufnahme von Hospiten Sur (in Playa Las Americas) gefahren werden. Nach der ersten ambulanten Untersuchung dort kehrten wir nach Playa SJ zurück. Leider trat das gleiche Krankheitsbild nach einigen Tagen nochmals auf, sodass der zweite Transport notwendig wurde. Daran schloss sich dann ein 3-tägiger Klinikaufenthalt an, mit komplettem „Durchcheck“, unserem Eindruck nach sehr kompetent und genau.
Abgesehen von der damit verbundenen Panik und Aufregung sind wir aber mit der Betreuung in der Klinik sehr zufrieden gewesen. In Deutschland hätte es kaum besser sein können. Jedenfalls waren die Pflegekräfte außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es waren sehr viel mehr als bei uns üblich. Außerdem waren die Arztgespräche immer mit Dolmetscher, oder auf englisch, wenn uns das recht war. Auch der Kontakt über die Notrufnummer 112 kam auf die Bitte („aleman“ ins Telefon) relativ schnell auf deutsch zustande.
Als Besonderheit will ich noch erwähnen, dass die Klinik meinem Mann das zweite Bett in meinem Doppelzimmer als Gast angeboten hat. Das haben wir gern angenommen (zu einem Preis von ca. 130€ pro Nacht inkl. Verpflegung).
Außerdem war es auch beruhigend, dass Herr Kellner, der österreichische Arzt, telefonisch gut erreichbar war.
Nach der Entlassung hatten wir dann noch 10 Tage Erholung pur.

es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und Ihre Ferienwohnung ist einfach großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vermissen den Ausblick, das Wellenrauschen und das früh morgendliche Bad im Meer total. Und der Balkon ist das Beste: morgens frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer und die Berge, abends dort essen und abschließend Sterne gucken und den Gelbschnabelsturmtauchern lauschen. 😀 Auch das stetige Treppensteigen war für uns kein Problem, da wir eh immer wandern und dies als zusätzliches Fitnessprogramm angesehen haben. 🙂 Außerdem haben uns die wunderschönen Fotos im Treppenhaus immer abgelenkt. Auch die Baustelle nebenan war erträglich.
Playa San Juan ist immer noch ein toller Urlaubsort (wir waren vor 8 Jahren schon mal dort), nicht so touristisch und voll und die Menschen dort sind einfach super nett! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

5. agosto, 2023 at 13:31L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien aménagé et une grande terrasse avec vue sur la plage. Les chambres sont très grandes avec chacune a sa salle-de-bain. La cuisine est belle et bien équipée. Claudia a été très à l’écoute et elle nous a prévenu à l’avance qu’il y aurait beaucoup de bruit à cause de la fiesta ( fêtes de Nuestra Señora del Carmen ) qui avait lieu pendant notre séjour. Elle nous a même proposé un autre logement. Il y a eu du bruit c’est vrai mais l’ambiance était super et on a vu un magnifique feu d’artifice. Une fois la fiesta finie, c’est très calme. Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking couvert ( gratuit ) à proximité, ensuite, tout peut être fait à pied, il y a plein de commerces tout autour ( une vraie boulangerie sur la place ! ).

3. marzo, 2023 at 09:54Wir haben die Zeit im Panorama Apartment sehr genossen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Besonders toll ist der Blick in den Hafen und sogar vom Bett aus kann man die Aussicht durch eine große Fensterverglasung auf die pittoreske Landschaft genießen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist top und der amikale Empfang durch Claudia hat uns ein sehr heimeliges Gefühl vermittelt und uns sehr schnell «ankommen lassen».
Auch die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand liegt fast vor der Haustüre, nette Restaurants und auch der Supermarkt sind schnell zu erreichen.
Zusammengefasst ….alles bestens für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Tolle Terrasse mit Blick über Meer und Küste, Frühstücken in der Morgensonne, Abendessen bei Kerzenschein. Sogar aus einem der Schlafzimmer Ausblick durch’s Panoramafenster.
Volle Austattung in der Wohnung, von Gummiringerl bis Geschirrspüler.
Playa San Juan bietet die volle Infrastruktur (nur 30 m von Quartier zum wohlsortierten Supermarkt), und sogar mindestens zwei exzellente Restaurants. Der Ort ist aber überraschend wenig vom Tourismus geprägt, trotz eines sehr schönen Strandes.
(K)ein Problem: das Haus daneben ist eine Baustelle; während unseres Aufenthalts wurde dort aber nur sporadisch und zu vernünftigen Zeiten gearbeitet, hat nicht gestört.

25. enero, 2023 at 13:41The view of the sea and the sandy beach from the terrace is simply fantastic! You can hear the sea but no cars or pedestrians. The flat is well equipped and has good beds and mattresses. There were also very good, fluffy towels, you can tell that everything was newly bought/renovated. Good infrastructure, there is a free underground car park 50 metres away. The beach is beautiful and protected from waves by a breakwater, bathing is always possible. There is a good walking path along the sea to the neighbouring village of Alcalá and on to Los Gigantes. The village of San Juan is small and not overcrowded – we will gladly come back!

6. diciembre, 2022 at 11:19In der hübschen Ferienwohnung Panorama ist für Sonnenlustige alles am richtigen Fleck – eine Wohnung von Anfang bis Ende für einen perfekten Urlaub; ganz besonders die coole Terasse mit Fernblick. Auch der Ort Playa San Juan mit seiner ausladenden Badebucht und der guten Infrastruktur trägt zum Wohlfühlen bei – besser geht’s kaum; total ‚panoramique‘, wie der Name auch sagt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, keine Frage!
