Our charming holiday flat Harmonia for up to 6 persons with a living area of 103 m² is located directly at the sea and has a wonderful sea view. The flat is elegantly furnished with great attention to detail. It has a small south-east facing terrace with great views of the sea, the harbour and the beach of Playa de San Juan. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a separate kitchen.
The spacious beach is located next to the fishing harbour and the pier and is therefore protected from wind and waves. The black sand gives off plenty of warmth even in winter and is popular with tourists and locals all year round. Parasols and beach chairs are available for rent, as well as showers/WC facilities and free parking. On the beach promenade you will find some very good restaurants and cafes as well as a diving school under German management.
The holiday flat is lovingly maintained, is located on the second floor (there is no elevator in this building) and consists of:
- South-east facing terrace with sunshade, table/chairs
- Living-dining room with exit to the terrace and view to the sea, large solid wood table with 6 chairs, spacious, comfortable sofa, Flat-TV with many international programmes
- Kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and espresso maker, oven, fridge-freezer, crockery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, selection of glassware…
- 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with four-poster bed (200×180), good size mattress, built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, window with sea view
- Bedroom 2 with large double bed (160×200) and big mattress, built-in wardrobe, window overlooking the sea
- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, window
- En suite bathroom in bedroom 1 with shower, WC, washbasin, vanity mirror, hairdryer, window to the sea
- En suite bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, sink, vanity mirror, hairdryer, washing machine
- Ironing board/iron
- SAT-TV with many German and international channels
- Highspeed internet free of charge
- Bed linen/hand/shower/beach towels are provided free of charge
- Baby cot/high chair are also included in the rental price
An electric crank lift can be used to transport suitcases and large water bottles to the 3rd floor.
Parking free of charge on the street as well as during the day in a parking garage possible.
A charming Cottage on the rooftop of the house can be rented in addition to the holiday apartment
Our cottage is a small charming cottage on the roof of the house with a size of 10 m², for up to two people. The view from all sides of the roof is breathtaking, the sea glistens in the most wonderful colours and the sun shines all day long. The casita was built from the wood of a sailing ship, the interior was handmade and decorated with loving carvings. From the bed of the cottage you have a wonderful sea view, in the evening you can watch the illuminated boats and the starry sky.
The toilet, sink and washing machine are located in another cottage, the shower and kitchen are “open-air”. Two sunbeds with parasols invite you to relax.
The cottage is lovingly maintained, is accessible over four floors (no elevator) and consists of:
- Small double bed (153×185) with good, specially made mattress and great view to the sea
- Table with two chairs
- Small boxes, shelves
- Free highspeed internet
Further facilities on the roof:
- Kitchen “open-air” with fridge/freezer, 2 hotplates, kettle, toaster, small oven, filter coffee machine as well as espresso maker, pots, pans, crockery, glassware combination
- Charming outdoor shower with ornate tiles, hidden from view
- Toilet, washbasin, washing machine are located in another cottage

- Non-smoking domicile
- Final cleaning obligatory: HARMONIA EUR 110,- (up to 3 persons, from then on € 10,- per person surcharge), COTTAGE EUR 70,- (up to 2 persons)
- Terms of payment: Deposit of 50% aconto at booking, remaining rent up to 2 weeks before arrival, otherwise forfeiture of deposit.
- Cancellation conditions: (Up to 1 month before arrival 25% of the full rental price, thereafter 75%). SPECIAL CORONA CANCELLATION TERMS: If the holiday cannot be taken due to Corona, all rental fees already paid will be refunded.
- Deposit: EUR 300 HARMONIA, EUR 200 COTTAGE, handed over on arrival, refunded on departure if the holiday apartment has no damage
- Minimum rental period: From October to April 7 nights, otherwise 4 nights. For bookings of 4-7 nights the daily rate increases by 10%. Please enquire for individual free days in the booking calendar.
- Maximum rental period: 5 weeks (in high season – winter)

15. March, 2024 at 13:07We were greeted by Claudia and shown around the lovely Harmonia apartment. The view struck us as we looked through the balcony. It was uninterrupted across the harbour and was beautiful. No detail was spared, and I really liked the big beach towels provided.
The apartment felt very homely with nice furniture and pictures.
Claudia was a lovely host and we will definitely be back. We are going to try the panorama apartment next, as that looks equally as lovely

8. February, 2024 at 11:37Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, alles blitzsauber, sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit allem was man braucht, so daß das Kochen auch für mehrere Personen Spaß macht. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf Hafen und Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr gut, freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren mit bis zu 5 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit.

10. December, 2023 at 10:05Die Unterkunft im kleinen Ferienort ist gut gelegen, 2 Minuten zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in der Nähe, ruhig, einfach perfekt für uns. Claudia ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und erfüllt alle Wünsche, soweit machbar. Diese Wohnung war bisher eine unserer schönsten und angenehmsten Unterkünfte und wir können sie nur empfehlen. Falls wir wieder nach Teneriffa fahren, dann wollen wir unbedingt wieder in diese Wohnung. Ruth & Gunar

November, 2023 at 09:33fantastic location, you can literally hear the waves crashing from bed, very therapeutic, peaceful, calming sunrise view from bed and the balcony was stunning charming village location (extremely friendly) t the accomadation was beautifully decorated, felt very authentic spotless clean, a home from home if you like like to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a calming environment this is the place for you BOOK IT! lots of beautiful walks bus stop literally around the corner giving you easy access to other locations on the island (for us we particularly enjoyed the day trip to Los Gigantes and the cliff walk to Alcala , accessible from the promenade) all on your doorstep lots of food choices all within walking distance, from breakkie to coffee shops to beautiful artisan cakes (check out 100% Pan, cakes are to die for) and endless choices of restaurants suiting all palettes I also recommend the airport transfer from Antonio. very reliable and comfortable vehicle

28. August, 2023 at 19:51Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Claudias Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Bei Fragen waren Claudia und Sophie immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Mietwagen kostenlos abstellen können. Entweder im Parkhaus in der Nähe oder falls alles belegt war, auf dem Parkplatz am Strand. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war nur 50m entfernt. Super um morgens schnell frische Brötchen zu besorgen. Der Strand vor dem Haus bietet den schönen Ausblick aus den Zimmern. Nur 1 Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster in einen Lüftungs-Schacht ohne Ausblick. Die Wohnung war ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge auf der Insel. Wir haben aber auch einige Restaurants im Ort ausprobiert, von denen es hier viele gibt. Besonders die Paella im Restaurant MarSala war die Wucht und die Bedienung supernett. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

23. May, 2023 at 09:24We were first time at Canary Islands / Tenerife and we couldn’t possibly hope for better place to enjoy our first week there than Claudias apartment. The apartment is situated on a great place with everything you need “behind the corner”. The view of the harbor and the beach (which is really abou 2 minutes from the apartment) was marvelous, there is a supermarket just across the street and some good restaurants near by. Also Claudia’s collegue, Sophie, was very helpful during our visit and gave us few useful tips. All in all if we will ever go back to Tenerife (sure we will), Claudia’s place in Playa San Juan (or maybe another apartmant of her’s) will definitely be on list.

30. April, 2023 at 19:30Unser Aufenthalt in Playa San Juan war sehr erholsam und wunderschön. Das Dorf/Städtchen Playa ist sehr authentisch, klein und fein. Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurant, Strand, Spazierwege, alles in Gehdistanz…. Die Leute im Dorf sind sehr nett und offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist sowohl praktisch als auch komfortabel. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Fischerhafen ist bezaubernd. Es war einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

14. April, 2023 at 07:28Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Harmonia. Die Wohnung ist originell und sehr individuell eingerichtet, sehr gut passend zur Umgebung und Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 3 Teenagern dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön! Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurants und eine Bäckerei, sowie der Strand und das Meer zum Baden sind ganz in der Nähe und ganz schnell zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Das gesamte Apartment war sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation mit Claudia war auch sehr gut und unkompliziert! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können einen Aufenthalt hier sehr weiterempfehlen!

27. March, 2023 at 12:27Wir waren 10 Tage mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern im Appartement “Harmonia”.
Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit vielen schönen Details und tollen Bildern versehen. Es bietet für sechs Personen genügend Platz, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Appartements ist gerade für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ideal. Ein Spielplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus und es ist alles füßläufig erreichbar.
Der Blick aus dem Appartement über die kleine Bucht ist wunderschön. Hier kann man noch kleine Fischerboote beim Ausladen beobachten.
Der Ort San Juan fühlt sich noch wie ein Geheimtip an, nicht zu voll und nicht mit Hotels überladen. Es gibt viele nette Cafes und Restaurants, die alle zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind.
Wir empfehlen die schöne Plaza, wo wir unseren Morgencappucino im Cafe “Panier” genossen haben. Auch hier gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz.
Ansonsten kann man im Ort auch wunderbar frischen Fisch und Tapas essen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieterin Frau Bachmayer für die schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation.

20. March, 2023 at 11:25Wir waren als Familien mit 2 Kindern im März dort und haben die Ortschaft und Strandnähe in Playa San Juan sehr genossen. Die Temperaturen waren um die 22-25 °C im Schatten, das Meer war warm genug zum Baden. Die Ortschaft ist unserer Meinung nach sehr gut gelegen und praktisch wenn man nicht so viel im Urlaub machen möchte. Es hat einen sehr guten Bäcker und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist in paar Schritten erreicht.
Die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht. Für uns war die Hauptmatratze etwas zu hart (aber nach einer Woche hat man sich daran gewöhnt), dies ist aber natürlich auch rein individuelles Empfinden.
Vielleicht wäre ein Grill noch ganz gut, aber aus Platzgründen ist es nicht auf dem Balkon geeignet. Da kommen die anderen Apartments vermutlich eher in Frage. Es hat aber genug Restaurants in der Nähe.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

26. February, 2023 at 13:43Anfang Februar verbrachten wir zu fünft eine Woche in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung Harmonia. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und versprüht durch Ihren mediterranen Flair sofort Urlaubsstimmung. Vor allem der Ausblick von Wohnzimmer und Balkon aufs Meer und auf den Hafen sind unglaublich schön. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, quasi direkt auf der Promenade und keine 2 Minuten zum Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder

3. February, 2023 at 08:44Wir haben mehr als zwei Wochen im Apartment Harmonia in San Juan verbracht. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage mit Blick auf den reizenden Hafen und den kleinen Strand von San Juan. Ein Supermarkt und viele nette Restaurants sind in nächster Nähe und leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist mit sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt.
Die Kommunikation mit Frau Bachmayer funktioniert ausgezeichnet!!!
Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

14. January, 2023 at 08:22Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein 5 Monate altes Baby. Super waren die getrennten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen Badezimmern. Die Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht hellhörig, die Geräuschdämmung ist sehr gut.
Aussicht: einfach traumhaft. Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich gut sitzen und die Aussicht genießen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, u.a. Induktionsherd und eine neue, gute Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist recht weit oben – man hört das Meer rauschen aber keine Autos oder Fußgänger.
Der gut sortierte Supermarkt ist 20 m entfernt und auch sonst ist die Infrastruktur umfassen.
Fürs Parken gibt es eine öffentliche, kostenlose Tiefgarage in 50 m Entfernung.
Alles war bestens organisiert!
San Juan hat einen tollen Strand, gut geschützt, Baden geht eigentlich immer und der Ort ist nicht überlaufen. Zu empfehlen ist der Strandweg von San Juan nach Alcala und von dort weiter bis Los Gigantes.
Die Wohnung und den Ort können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

3. January, 2023 at 08:21Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf den Strand ist traumhaft, der Supermarkt vor der Haustür und zahlreiche Restaurants fußläufig um die Ecke. Es gibt auch eine sehr freundliche Tauchschule in der Straße.

3. August, 2022 at 22:35Wir- 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 1jahr-8Jahre) genießen gerade unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der FeWO Harmonia in vollen Zügen.
Herrlich elegant und gemütlich, großzügig und sogleich gemütlich! Der traumhafte Ausblick, die Lage zum kinderfreundlichen Strand, den kleinen Tappas-Bars und Lokalen, Supermärkte und Cafeterias, kurze Wege zu allen Ausflugszielen-kurzum wir waren vom ersten Moment an sehr entschleunigt und entspannt!
Vorort werden all unsere Fragen prompt beantwortet, und auch die Baustelle des Nachbarhauses- auf die wir vor der Buchung explizit hingewiesen wurden!- stört uns beim ausgiebigen Mittagsschlaf überhaupt nicht!
Für uns ist klar- wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen- nur in diese einzigartige Ferienwohnung!

28. January, 2022 at 08:25L’appartement était tout qu’on avait expecté et encore plus! L’atmosphère était féerique, un peu comme dans un palais vénitien, beaucoup des détails sympa. On pouvait voir (et entendre!) la mér, Playa San Juan était sympa (pas de grands hotels touristiques). Claudia est une hôtesse très aimable et attentive. Ce n’était pas notre dernière visite à Casa Harmonia, c’est certain!

24. January, 2022 at 20:22Vom 6.12 bis 12.12.21 haben meine Frau und ich 6 wunderschöne Tage in der tollen Ferienwohnung Harmonia verbringen dürfen. Wir waren derart bezaubert von dieser Wohnung, so dass wir auch einen großen Teil des Tages dort verbracht haben. Dazu muß man sagen, dass wir zuvor lange Wanderungen bei kühlerem Wetter im Norden gemacht hatten. Die Sonnenterasse war somit das non plus ultra, auf der wir viel Zeit verbracht hatten. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal, die Sonneneinstrahlung perfekt. Morgens genießt man sie beim Frühstück, mittags wenn es heißer wird sitzt man schön im Schatten. Tags, abends bei Sonnenuntergang, die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Vielleicht hat jemand Feng Shui studiert, was die Farbgebung und die Einrichtung des Appartments betrifft , es wird jedenfalls seinem Namen gerecht.
Was die Infrastruktur betrifft ist nichts zu vermissen. Wer guten frischen Fisch mag, ist im Hafenbistro bestens bedient und man kann sich unter vielen Einheimischen ganz zuhause fühlen. Das Angebot an Restaurants erfüllt ebenso alle Wünsche.
Unter unseren Ferienwohnungserfahrungen ein TOP Ranking. Mindestens unter den vier besten.

12. January, 2022 at 19:54Wir waren in der sehr schönen großzügigen neuen Ferienwohnung Harmonia in San Juan, wirklich top, sehr viel Platz und Sonnenaufgang auf der Terasse. 50 m von der Standpromenade, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, wunderbar.

30. December, 2021 at 12:14Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans l’appartement Harmonia. Il est idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Il est très bien équipé avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi et pour faire de la cuisine avec des produits locaux (poissons, fruits, légumes). Mais il y a aussi de bons restaurants à proximité et de magnifiques promenades à faire le long de la côte.
Claudia est aux petits soins avec ses invités et toujours de bon conseil. C’était notre deuxième séjour dans l’un de ses appartements. Nous recommandons vivement !

Auch der Ort Playa San Juan mit seiner ausladenden Badebucht und der guten Infrastruktur trägt zu gelungenen Ferien bei – besser geht’s kaum; alles total harmonisch, wie der Name auch sagt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

7. December, 2021 at 20:40Es waren herrliche 7 Tage in dem wunderschönen Appartement “Harmonia”!
Das elegant- verspielte Flair des Appartements hat mich sofort verzaubert, die fröhlichen Farben des Sommers ( sonnengelb, orange und himmelblau) stimmen dich auf einen schönen Sommertag ein. Vom Balkon ein atemberaubender Blick über die Bucht, wo man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten kann. Auch die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt- wenige Minuten zur Playa, genauso schnell im Supermarkt, um sich das beste Frühstück zu besorgen, das man dann mit herrlichem Meerblick genießen kann!
Für den Abend sind Restaurants für jeden Geschmack auch in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar.
Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und bedanke mich bei der charmanten Vermieterin Claudia Bachmayer!
