We are private landlords from Vienna/Austria. We ourselves spend a lot of time in Alcalá and enjoy the healthy and amazing climate every time. We haven chosen Alcalá and Playa San Juan for our holiday apartments because the climate in this coastal zone is a very consistently beautiful and health-promoting for the respiratory system as well as for the joints. Furthermore  the villages Alcalá and Playa San Juan are particularly charming as the mass tourism has not yet arrived in these small fishing villages. We are registered with the authorities as landlords and have – unlike many other private landlords in Tenerife – an official licence to rent. We issue invoices and pay all fees.

We have been renting our Sonnenlust Holiday Apartments/Holiday house since 2016 and clean and manage them carefully. We try to meet the individual needs of our guests to allow a relaxing holiday. More details on service & tips.
