- Non smoking holiday apartments/holiday house
- Final cleaning obligatory: The prices are for an occupancy up to two/three persons, from then on they increase by € 20,-/per person. Alegria/Casita € 70,- (up to 2 P), Estrella/San Vicente € 90,- (up to 2 P), Casa Maresia/Harmonia/Panorama € 110,- (up to 3 P)
- Deposit: Alegria/Estrella/San Vicente € 200,- Casa Maresia/Harmonia/Panorama € 300,- to be paid upon arrival, will be returned upon departure, when there is no damage in the holiday apartment/house
- Payment conditions: 50 % down payment upon booking, rest until one month before arrival
- Cancellation policy: 25% of the total amount till one month before arrival, 75% after. Rebookings due to illness are possible after consultation.
