  • Deposit: Apartments € 200,- Casa Maresia € 300,- to be paid upon arrival, will be returned upon departure, when there is no damage in the apartment/house
  • Payment conditions: 50 % down payment upon booking, rest until one month before arrival
  • Cancellation policy: (25% of the total amount till one month before arrival, 75% after) – Actual situation: if the trip cannot be started due to Corona reasons, we will refund rental costs that have already been paid
