Our private holiday apartments are situated in Alcalá and Playa de San Juan on the sunny side of the island on the climatic preferential southwest coast. There are the most sunny hours of the island and the temperatures are mostly above 20 celsius during the winter days.

Alcalá and Playa San Juan are small charming fishermen villages and still untouched from mass tourism. The location of the holiday apartments directly seafront is exeptionally beautiful, the terraces are facing south with spectacular sea views.

All our holiday homes have high-speed internet, are fully equipped and are maintained with great care. We heat the water with environmentally friendly solar panels on the roof.
